PREPARATION

Stand quietly for 5 minutes in front of a mirror and breath slowly and deliberately, give gratitude to your amazing body and all the support it gives you.

EXERCISE

Stand or sit for at least 5 minutes in silence imagining a centre point between the fingertips of your outstretched hands as you gently move them around. Breathe deeply as you do this and notice your breath.

Week 2 | May 13th

Topic: The Shared Biofield - Living in Harmony with Others

PREPARATION

Find a person, pet, tree, or another object that you have a great affection for. Be present with this person or other being silently for a few minutes, and feel the connection between you- the reciprocal flow of energy exchanged.

EXERCISE

Pick a person or other species and either directly, or in your imagination, sit quietly and “transmit” to them from your heart positive energy such as loving kindness. Notice their “response “in their energetic field as it interacts with yours.

Topic: Human Energy Fields - Move Like the Wind

PREPARATION

Sit or stand in a place of natural beauty (even in your imagination) that you love. Imagine your energy field or Biofield extending outwards, into what you see and appreciate. Imagine that the energy fields of those beings/objects are reaching out to you in response.

EXERCISE

Try moving around outside and swaying with the wind real or imagined. As you do have your arms extended out in front of you watching your center point (do not trip!). Imagine that you are one with the forest trees and plants. Reach out with your biofield to solidify and celebrate the connection.

Week 3 | May 20th

Topic: Energy Fields in Nature - Live Like a Tree

PREPARATION

Pick your favourite tree or plant and stand or sit near it quietly for a few minutes. Feel its vibration and hum as you imagine the intricacies of its structure, the story of its survival, the history of its species’ evolution, and the beauty and pleasure it brings to you. Consider that the tree may be as aware of you as you are of it, perhaps even more.

EXERCISE

In a natural setting, your yard a park, or someplace where nature is dominant, hang out there for at least 10 minutes, standing, walking, or sitting. Try to feel the energy of the trees and plants around you, imagine they are communicating and connecting with you through their biofields.

Week 4 | May 27th

Topic: Energy Fields Everywhere

PREPARATION

Imagine that you are walking down the street somewhere, anywhere. There are people, cars, dogs, buildings, etc. Now imagine that everything you are encountering has its own Biofield. Some small, some large, some strong some weaker, some vibrant some dimmer. Now imagine that all those biofields are interacting with yours and others.

EXERCISE

Pick up a rock or piece of gravel even and consider that it is likely millions of years old. Do the same with a stick or branch and consider that its lineage as a species is older than the human species. Open your arms wide, walking around inside or out, and invite into your Biofield the energy of all beings, species, and things around you. Feel the connection with all.

Topic: Turning Conflict into Harmony

PREPARATION

Consider a moment of conflict you have had recently, typically with another person, get centered, relaxed, and breathe deeply. Replay that experience, feeling your Biofield and energy frequencies. Your energy is likely very contracted. See if you can even slightly expand your energy outward instead, let your breathing become even more relaxed, and having done that imagine that the energy exchange between you and the other shifts a bit, perhaps a lot.

EXERCISE

Think of a conflict you have had recently, usually with another person. Imagine the energy being shared or exchanged while in that conflict. Now try seeing it from a Biofield or energy perspective. What could you do to shift this to a more harmonious experience? your emotions? your thoughts? Your body’s tension? Try it.

Topic: Biofield Abundance

PREPARATION

Reflect upon your own state of Abundance. Where on the spectrum of scarcity to abundance are you? and how does this show up in your life? your relationships, income, and life over all? Imagine that your life as abundant as possible. What would that look and feel like? How does your body feel when you imagine this?

EXERCISE

Sit or stand quietly and imagine your cells – all seven trillion of them! Imagine that you can communicate with them and that you are asking them to open to receive the abundance of a friendly Universe. See them transforming from contraction to expansion and notice how your body feels when this happens.

Topic: Rediscovering Oneness and Closing Ceremony

PREPARATION

Sitting quietly, ask yourself whether you believe in a friendly Universe or not. Then ask yourself whether your experience of life and the Universe reflects whatever your beliefs may be. Imagine, even if the evidence seems to the contrary, that you live in a loving, supportive ever evolving Universe of which you are a significant part.

EXERCISE

Imagine your Biofield extending outwards from your outstretched arms. Walk around doing just that extending your arms to help sense your energy field. Consider the very real possibility that you do not end at your skin! Sense the amazing possibility that you are intimately connected in an interconnected universe. Separated only by your beliefs.
