We attune to the TCM Element of Earth, understanding this element from a soul, mind, and body perspective, while deepening our connection to the chakras or Biofields of specific organs and chakras. Week 6: Oneness

In our final week, we bring together everything we’ve explored, reflecting on our journey through Biofield Awareness, principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and regenerating practices of Mindfulness Meditation. Through review exercises and shared insights from home practices, we deepen our understanding of connection as both an internal and external experience. A guided journey to the source invites us to experience oneness as awe and flow, while reflections on trees, roots, and mycelium weave together themes of unity and survival.

We’ll practice breathing, circulating Yin and Yang energy throughout the body, with inclusive alternatives for all. This ties into the Biofields of the organs, the nervous system, and their interactions from feet to crown. Revisiting the Biofields within us and within others, we explore what has most helped us connect and how to carry this forward. We close with a ceremony to honor our journey, anchoring Biofield Awareness as a lifelong practice of connection and presence.
